Kevan Parekh has been appointed as the chief financial officer of Apple Inc, an American multinational technology company. Parekh will take charge in his new role from January 1, 2025, replacing Luca Maestri. He has been associated with Apple for over a decade and possesses extensive expertise in the financial, technical and business fields. Parekh, who presently works as the vice president of financial planning and analysis at Apple, has been instrumental in developing Apple’s financial strategy and has contributed significantly to the company. He completed his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and is also an alumnus of the University of Chicago, USA. Before joining Apple, the 52-year-old was associated with Thomson Reuters and General Motors.
