These laddus are not only healthy, but also delicious. They are packed with nutrients and make for a great snack when mid-morning or evening hunger strikes.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup roasted and crushed groundnuts
¾ cup dried date (kharek) powder
2 tablespoons dried fruit powder
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
3 to 4 tablespoons ghee
METHOD
Gather all the ingredients.
In a big bowl, add all of them except for the ghee and mix them together.
Now add the ghee one spoon at a time.
Keep adding ghee until you get a binding consistency.
Now, start making small laddus.
You can decorate the laddus with sprinkles, chocolate chips or dried fruits.
