Like the quantum particles in the deepest of a living cell,
Physics and Biology not so surprisingly align and oh!
They do it all too well.
In the divine dancing DNA helix twist,
Proteins folds with a secret code,
Life’s genetic blueprint-electrons, protons-physics has bestowed.
In our muscles, force and motion put on their show,
Gravity and biomechanics, in each step of ours they flow.
In plants’ leaves, light dances and energy comes and goes,
In this process of photosynthesis, proteins are imparted under the sun’s warm glow.
Electric impulses race through neural synapses, a current so bright.
Guiding our thoughts, like shining stars in the night.
Fluid dynamics and pressure steer our heartbeat,
Blood flows, the pulse of the heart, the rhythmic beat.
Through the lens of the eye, the world comes to life,
the light rays bend,
Optics at work, refraction and reflection in a perfect blend.
Animals echo, take flight with a single call, in the sky;
The magnetic field of the Earth guides the birds through the seasons as they fly.
So, Physics and Biology, are partners in crime.
They keep weaving together the fabric of time,
From microscopic atoms to macroscopic ecosystems, they gently entwine,
In this graceful symphony of life, together, they beautifully align.
