If there was no technology, kids would play outside a lot and adults would not do work or play video games and instead play outdoor games and have fun without technology. Teachers would write on the blackboard for teaching kids in school instead of using screens. In the absence of technology, there would not be electric fans rather paper fans would be used and people would not drive but ride bicycles for travelling also all calculations would happen on paper and not on mobile/devices/calculators.
