- India defeated China 3-2 in the penalty shootout that resulted from a 1-1 tie at the conclusion of regulation time.
- Nidhi, the goalkeeper of the Indian side, played a pivotal role in leading India to victory with three important saves. Additionally, Sunelita Toppo, Sakshi Rana and Ishika contributed to India’s triumph by scoring goals during the penalty shootout.
- India’s Deepika Sehrawat, who scored 12 goals during the tournament, was the tournament’s highest goalscorer.
