The Delhi government has introduced ‘Project Abhishikt’, a project that enables gifted students of classes 6 to 9 to achieve their maximum potential. Under this project, the Delhi government organised a five-day training programme for 104 government school teachers in Delhi to help them recognise talented students and provide them with all the assistance they need to realise their potential. The project involves creating a special curriculum to cater to the requirements of talented students and bring out the best in them. It is being carried out in 15 government schools in Delhi.
