Save the Wild, Save Ourselves

Pranawi Siri Upputholla, Class 7, The Crossword School, Guntur

In the forest, where trees stand tall,
Lions and tigers with eyes so bright,
Giraffes and zebras, in the morning light,
Birds will sing with their sweet voice,
Monkeys will swing with their gentle love.
But humans come with their harmful hands,
Plucking the trees, destroying the land.
Animals suffer and lose their homes.
For their precious lives we shouldn’t destroy the land.
Let us, please, save the wild, save their lives.
