INGREDIENTS½ cup cooked rajma1 tablespoon chopped onion2 tablespoons chopped green capsicum2 tablespoons chopped tomatoSalt to taste½ teaspoon mixed herbs¼ teaspoon black pepper¼ teaspoon chilli flakes1 teaspoon honey1 teaspoon lemon juice1 tablespoon cheese spread4 crackers or toasted whole wheat bread slicesMETHODIn a bowl, add the rajma, onion, capsicum, tomato, salt, herbs, black pepper and chilli flakes. Mix them well.Add the honey and lemon juice and mix well again.Use the back of a spoon to mash the rajma.Add half the cheese spread and mix it well. Adjust the seasoning as per your taste.Spread the remaining cheese spread on the crackers or bread. Top it up with the mixture and enjoy your canapés.
