What You Need:
- 1½ cups peeled and chopped ripe mangoes + for garnishing
- 4 cups skimmed milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Ice cubes as required
- Sliced pistachios for garnishing
- Ask parent or adult to help you with this recipe.
- Blend together mangoes, 1 cup milk and sugar till smooth. Add the remaining milk and ice cubes and blend till smooth.
- Pour into individual mason jars, garnish with pistachios and mango pieces and serve chilled.
